The Room Wall Mounted RH & Temperature Sensor - RH811. Unfortunately we are unable to find a data sheet for this product but we believe it to be Sontay, I would suggest this RH811 sensor would be ideal to replace a faulty one, the photo shows the internal PCB of the RH811 sensor.
