The Electro Controls EW-230 detects conductive non corrosive liquid/water in plant rooms, boiler houses, under floors, roofs etc. DO NOT use with combustible liquids. The unit needs a 230v AC supply and has a 230VAC SPDT 10(3)A output for feeding into BMS systems or even an alarm dialler.
