The Electro Controls EW-24 detects conductive non corrosive liquid/water in plant rooms, boiler houses, under floors, roofs etc. DO NOT use with combustible liquids. The unit needs a 24v AC supply and has a 230VAC SPDT 10(3)A output for feeding into BMS systems or even an alarm dialler.
