This controller has 5 inputs and 6 outputs, the inputs are 2 thermistor inputs, 1 universal input and 2 digital inputs, the outputs are 4 triac outputs and two 0 to 10 V outputs. This controller has now been replaced by the Trend IQ412 Controller.
